    Всем привет!

    Кто-нибудь делал уведомления в телеграм? Хотя бы Задачи и События. Очень не хватает подобной функции.

    Почта не всегда оперативно просматривается, а всплывающие окна видишь только если находишься на странице с црм.

    You can send a telegram chat message as a sms message if you configure an sms provider using the telegram api.

    I made a telegram bot and I can send messages from vtiger if I know the «chat id» of the recipient

    Change ‘bot0000000000:yourtoken’
    With your bot number and token, take the telegram chat id of your recipient and use it as telephone number.

    Great! I’ll do it and report the results. Is it possible to use two providers? I already have one provider configured for sending SMS messages. It would be great to use telegram for notifications about new tasks, and SMS messages for clients.

    Its possible to make a provider that checks the number of the recipient. If the number starts for example with +3069 (Greek mobile phones) then use the sms api. If not use the telegram api.

    When adding a new SMS configuration, crm requires me to specify the user, password, and from whom the message will be sent. What data should I enter here? I registered my bot’s token in the configuration file, but nothing is working yet, and no messages are sent.

    In the list of SMS notifications, I see that messages are being created and the handler is working well. But if you look at the status of the message, we see this inscription:
    All numbers for sending SMS are empty. The message was not sent.

    Насколько помню, такая ошибка у меня возникала из-за неправильного конфига – SERVICE_URI неверно указал. В остальном все заработало сходу.

    В качестве ID чатов телеграм использую поле «Другой тел.» в карточке пользователя, просто переименовал его в Telegram Chat ID.

    The wrong at your configuration was that you didn’t keep the word ‘bot’

    The right configuration is ‘bot’ and after the number of the bot without spaces.

    I still have the error. I entered ‘bot’ before token but got the same.

    case self::SERVICE_AUTH : return self::SERVICE_URI . ‘bot898 …/sendMessage’ (the same ending ‘sendMessage’ in AUTH and SEND case – is it right?)

    I used my user ID @BorovkovAB with and without ‘@’. I put it to contact and send SMS to the ‘number’. But its response is the same: ‘ numbers are empty’.

    You should not send to user id.

    You should find the chat id and send it there.

    just send the /my_id command to telegram bot @get_id_bot and you will get your chat id
